Which training style meets your needs?

Lyra coaches primarily remotely, delivering personalized workout assignments via an app, and using email, chat, and video to connect 1:1. In-person sessions can be arranged in Leavenworth, WA. Guided climbs and ski descents can be arranged through Alpine Ascents International.

The following program offerings are relatively long, and fairly interactive—because affecting real and meaningful change takes time, and requires personalization. Each program aims to support positive shifts in tissue strength, posture and alignment, and sustainable gains in your base aerobic fitness and top end cardio power.

If you’re just looking for a consultation or a tune up, Lyra also offers one-off video and in-person sessions in Leavenworth, WA (included in coaching and training options, see below!).

1-on-1 Coaching

$400 per month

This is your direct access to personal coaching with Lyra! You will start with a one hour Onboarding video session which is booked and paid for separately, and includes about a week of back-and-forth communication and exercise exploration before starting a monthly subscription. This ensures you’re a good match for the training and gives Lyra some time to get to know your needs with an even higher level of feedback and interaction for that week.

If you’re jazzed on the training, you will then start the monthly subscription and receive daily workout assignments, delivered via an app, and specifically designed for your needs and goals. This includes strength, endurance, mobility, and plyometrics--all woven together to support your specific needs, and adjusted weekly based on your schedule, progress, motivation, energy, and life in general. Your workouts will include instructional videos from Lyra, and you will have access to her on-demand video library for added inspiration.

A one hour video session is included every month, and may be replaced with an in-person session in Leavenworth, WA for anyone able to get to the location. You will also have in-app chat and video uploads for workout-specific questions and ongoing communication with Lyra every week. You will be advised to track relevant metrics such as Heart Rate Variability, menstrual cycle, and simple recovery signals which will be reviewed and used to inform your training progression. Plans are updated weekly, allowing for optimal customization and responsiveness. (This is also ideal for anyone who does not fit the 5-day work week model.)

We work together to create a fun, sustainable, and motivating plan that becomes an easy part of a healthy and balanced life. The end goal is that you learn about your body and develop the tools and techniques to drive your own training long term—though you’re always welcome to come back for a “tune up.”


Guided Personal Training

8-weeks for $250

12-weeks for $375

16-weeks for $475

These programs are for those who want a bit more space and time to drive their own training, but desire access to professional input and guidance. This can also be a great option to boost your training know-how with a more accessible price point and lower overall commitment level—particularly useful if you’re not quite sure just what it is you need to get your training wheels rolling…

Each program includes an hour long Onboarding video session to establish your training needs. Lyra will then establish your training plan for the duration of the program, which will strategically blend strength, endurance, mobility and plyometrics. These workout assignments will be delivered daily, via an app, with the ability to look ahead 2 weeks. Each workout comes with detailed written instructions and video tutorials where necessary. You will also have access to her on-demand exercise video library which allows you to mix things up on your own when you gain confidence with the movements and strategies.

You will have one 30 minute check in call, scheduled at your convenience during your training block (or two 30 minute calls for the 16 week program), and minor adjustments can be made through email communication. Additional video or in-person sessions can be booked individually, as needed, at the standard hourly rate.

The 8-week program is a great tune up or jump start back into training, or an ideal entry point to explore training with Lyra. The 12-week program is a solid amount of time for any specific and targeted goals. And the 16-week program would be best for those looking for big changes to habits or who are gearing up for a big objective.


Menstrual Cycle Program

$200 per cycle

This program will last the duration of your specific menstrual cycle and guide you through some of the critical considerations to make as you shift from your menses and the follicular phase, into ovulation and the luteal phase.

The goal with this program is two-fold: Guide you through a month of specific training in alignment with your cycle, and teach you the fundamental principles of how to train in a way that matches your physiology during each of these phases.

The most important component of training with your cycle is matching your rest and recovery strategies, and ensuring you understand when to fuel and hydrate more to avoid slumps in your month of training.

With a solid foundational understanding of how to support your body in training, we will then experiment with what specific training modalities suit your shifting physiology and keep you engaged and excited about your goals and progress. There is more and more research to point you in a constructive direction, and a whole world of individuality to explore!

This package includes an hour long Onboarding video session, daily workout assignments delivered via an app, and minor adjustments made through email communication. You will follow a weekly exercise flow that effectively blends strength, endurance, mobility, and plyometrics, and places it into context with your cycle, highlighting critical recovery needs and cycle-matched recommendations for nutrition and hydration.

You will also have access to Lyra’s on-demand workout library to further personalize your training, mix things up, or try something new. And as always, you are welcome to book any additional video or in-person sessions at the standard hourly rate.
